Kasra Ramez founded Kas the Lionheart Law, PC to give employees a fierce, dedicated advocate against employers who violate their rights. Over his career, Mr. Ramez has secured meaningful results for clients — including multiple six-figure settlements.

Prior to starting his firm, Mr. Ramez spent three years at prominent employment law firms, where he handled employee wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation claims, as well as class action and PAGA claims. These experiences provided Mr. Ramez a firsthand understanding of how corporations and their legal teams operate — and how to build the kind of case that gets their attention.

Mr. Ramez earned his Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2021 and is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).

As the founder of Kas the Lionheart Law, Mr. Ramez built his practice around a simple idea: employees deserve a lion in their corner when they are up against powerful companies.
